微生物检验在医院感染中的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Microbiological Examination in Hospital Infection

目的探讨微生物检验在医院感染中的临床意义。方法选取200例住院患者,将其患者随机分为研究组与对照组,各100例。对照组给予常规方法进行感染控制,研究组采用微生物检验进行感染控制,分析两组院内感染情况;结果研究组患者的感染率为10.0%(10/100),明显少于对照组的感染率28.0%(28/100),组间比较差异显著(χ2=6.35,P<0.05);结论微生物检验可预防医院感染,降低医院感染的发生,其在医院感染中意义重大。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of microbiological examination in hospital infection.Methods Totaly 200 cases hospitalized patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each 100 cases.The control group was treated with conventional methods and the study group was treated with microbiological tests to control infection.The hospital infection of two groups was analyzed.ResultsThe rate of infection in the study group was 10.0%(10/100),less than in the control group of 28.0%(28/100),with significant differences between two groups(χ2=6.35,P<0.05).Conclusion Microbiological examination can prevent hospital infection and reduce the incidence of hospital infection,which is of great significance in hospital infection
