调强适形放射性治疗肺癌患者的效果

摘要 目的探讨调强适形放射性治疗肺癌患者的效果。方法选择于本院就诊的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者60例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组(n=30)。对照组给予传统放疗治疗,观察组给予调强适形放射性治疗。结果在总有效率上,观察组比对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率达到33.3%,对照组为73.3%(P<0.05)。结论调强适形放射性治疗可减少NSCLC不良反应的发生,提高治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of intensity modulated radiation therapy on lung cancer patients.Methods Sixty patients with locally advanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)who were treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,(n=30 each).The control group was treated with conventional radiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy.Results In the total effective rate,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 33.3%,while that in the control group was 73.3%(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensity modulated radiation therapy can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the therapeutic effect in the application of NSCLC.
