改良侧位纵切横缝术治疗慢性肛裂的效果分析

Effect of Improved Longitudinal Section Transverse Suture Operation in Treatment of Chronic Anal Fissure

目的探讨改良侧位纵切横缝术治疗慢性肛裂的效果。方法选取50例慢性肛裂患者,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各25例。对照组采用传统纵切横缝术,研究组采用改良侧位纵切横缝术进行治疗。结果研究组切口愈合时间优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的中、重度疼痛发生率与切口感染明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良侧位纵切横缝术治疗慢性肛裂的临床效果确切,可供参考。

Objective To discuss the effect of improved longitudinal section transverse suture operation in treatment of chronic anal fissure.Methods Fifty patients with chronic anal fissure were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each with 25 cases.The control group received traditional longitudinally cut transverse suture operation;the research group received improved longitudinal section transverse suture operation.Results The notch healing time of study group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of moderate and severe pain and incisional infection of the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of improved longitudinal section transverse suture operation is effective in treatment of chronic anal fissure.
