完整结肠系膜切除术在老年结肠癌手术中的应用

Curative Effect of Complete Mesorectal Excision in Elderly Patients with Colon Cancer

目的为了探究完整结肠系膜切除术对老年结肠癌的临床治疗效果。方法纳入本院2015年1月—2017年1月所收治的78例行手术治疗的老年结肠癌患者,随机将其分为对照组A(常规结肠癌根治术)和对照组B(完整结肠系膜切除术),每组39人,对比两组病患的治疗效果。结果对比病患的治疗效果,对照组B明显优于对照组A,其对比结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论完整结肠系膜切除术具有更小的术中风险、更低的术中出血量、更低的创口感染率、更低的死亡率、更好的预后,尤其适用于老年结肠癌病患,应于临床重点推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of complete mesorectal excision in elderly patients with colon cancer.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017 year 78 cases of surgical elderly colon cancer patients were included and randomly divided into control group(conventional A radical resection of colon cancer) and the control group B(complete mesocolic excision),each group of 39 people.Treatment effect were compared between groups.Results The patients,the control group B was significantly better than the control group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Complete mesocolic excision has less intraoperative risk,less intraoperative bleeding,lower wound infection rate,lower mortality and better prognosis,especially suitable for elderly colon cancer patients,should be widely used in clinical key.
