脊椎骨折患者X线和CT诊断分析对比研究

Comparison of Diagnosis Value of X-ray and CT Vertebral in Fracture Patients

目的分析比较脊椎骨折患者行X线和CT检查的诊断价值。方法选取本院2015年3月—2017年1月收治的100例脊椎骨折患者,全部患者均给予CT检查和X线检查,将术后病理检查结果当成诊断标准,计算CT检查和X线检查的诊断符合率。结果在椎管狭窄、骨折片移位、椎管容积改变、骨折片突然椎管的诊断符合率方面,CT检查显著高于X线片检查(P<0.05)。结论在对脊椎骨折患者进行检查诊断时,和X线检查结果相比较,CT检查的图像清晰度更高,而且具有较高的诊断准确性,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of X-ray and CT in patients with vertebral fracture.Methods From March 2015 to January 2017,100 patients with spinal fracture were selected from our hospital.All patients were given CT examination and X-ray examination.The postoperative pathological examination results were used as diagnostic criteria,and the diagnostic coincidence rate of CT and X-ray examination was calculated and compared between different methods.Results CT scan was significantly higher than X-ray examination in the diagnosis accuracy rat of spinal stenosis,fracture slice displacement,spinal canal volume change,fracture piece and sudden vertebral canal(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the results of X-ray examination,CT examination has higher image clarity and higher diagnostic accuracy in patients with vertebral fracture,and has clinical value.
