彩超、MRI及其二者联合诊断乳腺肿瘤的临床价值对比

Comparison of Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound and MRI and the Combination in Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

目的对比彩超、MRI及其二者联合诊断乳腺肿瘤的临床价值。方法随机选择60例本院自2015年12月—2017年1月收治的乳腺肿瘤患者,所有患者均实施彩超、MRI检查,并将手术病理诊断作为金标准。分析彩超、MRI及二者联合诊断准确率,并将三种诊断准确率与金标准进行对比分析。结果彩超诊断准确率60%(36/60);MRI诊断准确率86.7%(52/60);彩超、MRI联合诊断准确率98.3%(59/60);彩超、MRI联合诊断准确率明显高于彩超、MRI诊断准确率(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺肿瘤诊断过程中,彩超、MRI诊断效果均较显著,但二者联合诊断可大幅度提高准确率,为临床诊治提供有效的治疗依据,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To compare the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound and MRI and their combinetion in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Sixty patients selected from December 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were enrolled.Color Doppler and MRI were performed.The pathological diagnosis was taken as the gold standard.The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound and MRI was analyzed.The accuracy the three diagnostic methods was compared with the gold standard.Results The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was 60%(36/60);the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 86.7%(52/60);the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound and MRI was 98.3%(59/60)Rate,P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of diagnosis,the combination of the two can improve the accuracy,provide effective diagnosis,and have high clinical value and is worthy of promotion.
