带状疱疹患者疼痛的护理干预体会

Experience of Nursing Intervention for Patients with Herpes Zoster Pain

目的研究护理干预对改善带状疱疹患者疼痛症状的影响。方法将2015年5月—2017年7月于本院进行带状疱疹治疗的85例患者作为研究对象,并对其进行随机分组,对照组(40例,常规护理)、观察组(45例,护理干预),观察两组患者VAS评分变化情况。结果两组患者经不同护理干预后,观察组VAS评分(0.39±0.02)显著优于对照组(2.10±0.40)(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对缓解带状疱疹患者疼痛症状,提高护理满意度具有重要促进作用。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on improving the pain symptoms of patients with herpes zoster.Methods From May 2015 to July 2017 85 cases of herpes zoster patients in our hospital were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into the control group(40 cases,routine nursing care,the observation group(45 cases,nursing intervention).VAS score changes were observed between the two groups.Results The VAS score(0.39±0.02)in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(2.10±0.40,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention plays an important role in relieving pain symptoms and improving nursing satisfaction of patients with herpes zoster.
