护理干预对妊娠合并糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响分析

Impact Analysis of Treatment Compliance by Nursing Intervention for Pregnant Patients with Diabetes

目的探讨护理干预对妊娠合并糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法回顾性分析本院收治的48例糖尿病(孕妇,随机平均分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,行全方面的护理干预。比较两组治疗依从性。结果观察组经过护理干预后,治疗依从性明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并糖尿病患者接受综合护理干预,可有效提高患者的治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance of the patients with pregnancy combined with diabetes.Methods Forty-eight cases of pregnant women with diabetes admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into two groups(the control group and the observation group).The control group patients were given routine nursing,while the observation group had comprehensive nursing intervention.Results After the prognosis of the observation group,the compliance of the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for the patients with pregnancy combined with diabetes can effectively improve the compliance of the patients.
