康复护理在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的效果分析

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing in Treatment of Stroke Patients with Dysphagia

目的探讨康复护理在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的临床效果。方法选取80例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组进行常规护理,研究组给予康复护理,分析两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组的有效率为95.00%,高于对照组82.50%,组间比较差异显著(χ2=4.08,P<0.05);结论对于脑卒中吞咽障碍患者进行康复护理可提高其临床效果,使患者尽快康复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing in treatment of the stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods Eight cases of the stroke patients with dysphagia were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each with 40 cases.The control group was given regular care,and the research group provided rehabilitation nursing.The clinical effect of the two groups were analyzed.Results The effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,higher than the control group of 82.50%,and there were significant differences between two groups(χ2=4.08,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with dysphagia can improve the clinical effect,and can make the patient recover as soon as possible.
