针对性护理在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的应用价值分析

Application of Targeted Nursing Care in Patients with Chronic Gastric ulcer

目的探讨分析针对性护理在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取本院就诊的慢性胃溃疡患者130例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组予以常规临床护理,干预组在对照组基础上予以针对性护理。比较两种护理方式的护理疗效。结果干预组临床疗效明显高于对照组(χ2=7.756,P=0.021),复发率明显低于对照组(χ2=4.866,P=0.027),护理工作满意度明显高于对照组(χ2=8.326,P=0.016)。结论对慢性胃溃疡患者予以针对性的护理干预能提高患者的临床疗效,降低复发率,提高护理工作满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the application value of targeted nursing in patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 130 patients with chronic gastric ulcer in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine clinical nursing,and the intervention group was given targeted nursing on the basis of the control group.Clinical effct,recurrence rate and satisfaction degree of nursing were compared between groups.Result The clinical efficacy of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=7.756,P=0.021).The recurrence rate of dry prepayment was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ2=4.866,P=0.027).The satisfaction degree of nursing in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group(χ2=8.326,P=0.016).ConclusionTargeted nursing intervention for patients with chronic gastric ulcer can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the recurrence rate and improve patients' satisfaction of nursing work.
