摘要
目的探讨胸腔镜下肺叶切除术术中护理配合与体会。方法选取本院于2014年2月—2017年2月收治的50例行胸腔镜下肺叶切除术患者,对术中护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间为(210.35±14.35)min;胸腔引流时间(5.41±2.54)天;患者均痊愈后出院,没有出现切口感染情况。结论胸腔镜下肺叶切除术创口小,术后恢复快,手术室护士人员应掌握护理配合的要点,对于手术成功进行意义重大。
Objective To discuss the nursing cooperation and experience in thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods Fifty patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy were selected for retrospective analysis intraoperative care in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017.Results All patient completed the operation successfully,the operation time was(210.35±14.35)min,and thoracic drainage time(5.41±2.54)days.The patient was discharged from the hospital after recovery,with no incisional infection.Conclusion The thoracoscopic lobectomy was small and the postoperative recovery was rapid,and the nurses in the operating room should be able to grasp the key points of nursing cooperation,which is of great significance for the successful operation.
