人性化管理模式在医院护理管理中的应用

Effective Utilization of Humanistic Management Mode in Hospital Nursing Management

目的探究在医院护理管理中人性化管理模式的应用效果情况。方法选取本院护理人员74例为研究资料,随机平均分为常规组和研究组,每组37例。常规组予以普通管理模式,研究组予以人性化管理模式,比较观察研究组和常规组护理人员经不同管理模式后其护理质量及效果情况。结果研究组护理人员的护理工作情况、考核指标情况均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在医院护理管理中采取人性化管理模式,既能使护理人员的服务意识增强,而且还有助于其压力的改善,使护理服务质量有所提高。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized management mode in hospital nursing management.Methods A total of 74 cases of nurses in our hospital were selected as research data,they were randomly divided into control group and study group,37 cases in each group.The control group was given general management mode,and the study group was given humanized management mode.The nursing quality and effect of the nursing staff in the study group and the control group after different management modes were observed.ResultsThe nurses' nursing work and assessment indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanized management mode in hospital nursing management can not only enhance the service awareness of nursing staff,but also help to improve the pressure and improve the quality of nursing service.
