门诊血液透析患者药品信息化管理的应用体会

Application Experience of Drug Information Management in Outpatient Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨门诊血液透析患者药品应用信息化管理的效果。方法通过信息智能管理系统对门诊透析患者药品进行管理并与既往人工收纳方法对比。结果两组应用前后有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论通过信息化管理模式,可降低门诊透析患者药品发生差错的次数,增加托管药物冰箱的利用空间,便于药品管理,减少护士工作量,提高工作效率。

Objective To explore the application effect of drug information management in outpatient hemodialysis patients.Methods The intelligent information management system was applied for outpatient dialysis patients,and compared with the manual storage methods in the past.Results There was significant difference between the two groups before and after application(P<0.01).Conclusion Through the information management mode,the number of outpatient dialysis patients' medicines can be reduced,the utilization space of the managed medicine refrigerator can be increased,the medicine management can be facilitated,the workload of nurses can be reduced,and the work efficiency can be improved.
