优质护理对抑郁症患者服药依从性和护理满意度的影响分析

Effect of Quality Nursing on Compliance and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Depression

目的分析优质护理对抑郁症患者服药依从性和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2015年3月19日—2017年3月20日于本院进行治疗的80例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,根据入院顺序将患者分成两组,每组40例,对照组采用常规方式,观察组采用优质护理,分析两组患者的服药依从性和护理满意度。结果观察组的服药依从率为90%(36例),高于对照组(70%),护理满意度为97.5%(39例),高于对照组(72.5%),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够提高患者的服药依从性和护理满意度,临床应用。

Objective To analyze the influence of quality nursing on medication adherence and nursing satisfaction in patients with depression.Methods Eighty depressive patients who were treated in our hospital from March 19,2015 to March 20,2017 were selected as the study subjects.Patients were divided into two groups according to admission sequence,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing method,while the observation group using high-quality care.Medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared.Results The compliance rate of the control group was 70%(28 cases)and nursing satisfaction was 72.5%(29 cases).The compliance rate of the observation group was 90%(36 cases)and the nursing satisfaction rate was 97.5%(39 cases).The compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the control group were lower than those of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of quality care can improve patients' compliance and nursing satisfaction.
