中药处方专项点评中用药配伍合理性的分析

Rationality Analysis of Chinese Medicine Prescription in Special Comments on Drug Compatibility

目的对本院中药处方专项点评中用药配伍进行合理性分析。方法抽取本院门急诊21753张中药及西药联用处方,结合中药饮片处方点评工作,分析处方中用药配伍的不合理之处。结果 21753张处方中,212张处方存在不合理性,其中重复用药9张、理化性配伍禁忌43张、药理增毒/拮抗性的联用67张、"十八反"、"十九畏"等配伍禁忌37张。结论利用中药处方专项点评工作,避免不合理的中西药配伍,保证用药安全有效,具有重要意义。

Objective Compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine prescription medication in our hospital were analyzed. Methods A total of 21753 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine were collected from outpatient and emergency department of our hospital,combined with the prescription review of Chinese medicine decoction pieces,the unreasonableness of drug compatibility in prescription was analyzed. Results Among the 21753 prescriptions,21753 prescription was unreasonable,there were repeated drug use in 9 cases,physical and chemical compatibility taboo in 43 cases,pharmacological poison/antagonistic combination in 67 cases,"18 incompatible herbs" and "19 herbs of mutual antagonism" and so on compatibility taboo in 37 cases. Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine prescription reviews work to avoid unreasonable compatibility of Chinese and Western medicine to ensure safe and effective medication is of great significance.
