日间手术模式下无张力疝修补术治疗高龄腹股沟疝效果评价

To Evaluate The Effect of Non-tension Hernia Repair in The Treatment of Advanced Inguinal Hernia

目的研究日间手术模式下无张力疝修补术治疗高龄腹股沟疝效果。方法采用随机数字表法对本院2016年2月—2017年4月收治的60例高龄腹股沟疝患者分组。常规手术组采用常规无张力疝修补术治疗,日间手术组接受日间手术模式下无张力疝修补术治疗。结果日间手术组腹股沟疝治愈率、阴囊积液和脂肪液化等的发生率、手术时间、操作过程出血情况常规手术组无显著差异(P>0.05)。日间手术组患者入院到出院时间、医疗费用明显低于常规手术组(P<0.05)。结论日间手术模式下无张力疝修补术治疗高龄腹股沟疝效果确切,可大大缩短医院停留时间而降低医疗成本,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia in elderly patients. Methods 60 cases of inguinal hernia in the elderly from February 2016 to April 2017 were grouped according to the method of random number table. Routine operation group was treated with routine tensionfree hernia repair,and no tension-free hernia repair was performed in day operation group. Comparative effect. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of inguinal hernia,scrotal effusion and fat liquefaction in the day surgery group,no significant difference between the routine operation group and the routine operation group(P>0.05). The time and medical expenses of the patients in day operation group were significantly lower than those in the routine operation group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia in the elderly patients is more effective,which can shorten the time of hospital stay and reduce the cost of medical treatment.
