Coronary Artery Anomaly and Its Clinical Significance

心脏冠状动脉供血不足已经成为心血管疾病的重要因素,虽然大部分冠状动脉变异是良性的,但有一部分异常可以导致心肌缺血或者猝死等。本文就冠状动脉数目异常、起源异常、走行异常、终止异常、结构异常及发育不良等及临床意义作出综述,以便更加深入认识及了解冠状动脉变异。

Coronary arterial blood supply insufficiency has become an important factor in cardiovascular disease. Although most of the coronary artery anomaly is benign,some anomaly can lead to myocardial ischemia or sudden death and so on. In this paper,the author summarizes the coronary artery anomaly of numerical abnormalities,anomalous origin,abnormal route,abnormal termination,structural abnormality and dysplasia and the clinical significance thereof to make a more in-depth understanding on coronary artery anomaly.
