不同口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Different Dental Restorative Membrane Materials Guided Bone Regeneration in Dental Implant

目的探索不同口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的临床效果。方法选取本院2014年9月15日—2017年9月15日牙种植引导骨再生80例患者,抽签化分组,每组40例,对照组和观察组分别采用博特医用胶原膜修复和海奥口腔修复膜修复。结果观察组患者的植骨厚度(2.95±0.62)mm、骨厚度(2.85±0.85)mm、治疗成功率(97.50%)、不良反应发生率(2.50%)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对牙种植中引导骨再生患者实施海奥口腔修复膜治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of different dental restorative membrane materials to guide bone regeneration in dental implant. Methods From September 15,2014 to September 15,2017 in our hospital, 80 patients with dental implant guided bone regeneration were selected and divided into two groups,with 40 cases each group. The control group and the observation group were treated with Bort Medical Collagen Membrane Repair and Haiao Oral Repair Membrane Repair respectively. Results In the observation group,the bone graft thickness was(2.95±0.62)mm,the bone thickness was(2.85±0.85)mm,the success rate of treatment was 97.50%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.50%,which were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with dental implant guided bone regeneration,effect of Haiao prosthodontics treatment is significant.
