带袢钢板重建喙锁韧带治疗急性肩锁关节脱位的效果

摘要 目的探讨带袢钢板重建喙锁韧带治疗急性肩锁关节脱位的效果。方法选取在本院接受治疗的急性肩锁关节脱位的患者50例,随机分为袢钢板组和锁骨钩钢板组,比较两组的各项指标。结果袢钢板组患者术后疼痛方面明显优于锁骨钩钢板组(P<0.05)。袢钢板组患者在肩关节功能方面明显优于锁骨沟钢板组(P<0.05)。结论带袢钢板重建喙锁韧带治疗急性肩锁关节脱位具有突出效果,建议临床推广。 Objective To explore the effect of reconstructing beaked ligament with loop steel plate for treatment of acute shoulder-locking joint dislocation. Methods Fifty patients with acute shoulder joint dislocation were divided into loop plate group and clavicular hook plate group. Treatment effects were compared between groups. Results The postoperative pain of the loop plate group was better than the clavicle plate group(P<0.05). The function of the loop plate group was significantly superior to the clavicle steel plate group(P<0.05). Conclusion The reconstructing of the beaked ligament with loop plate is effective in the treatment of acute acromitic joint dislocation.
