中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹64例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 64 Cases of Chronic Urticaria with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的探讨分析中西医结合治疗64例慢性荨麻疹效果。方法选取本院2015年4月—2016年4月收治的64例慢性荨麻疹患者,根据治疗方式分为观察组(32例)和对照组(32例),对照组患者应用西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上添加中医治疗,对比两组治疗效果和复发率情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组治疗总有效率,两组差异对比有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组2例复发,对照组12例复发,两组复发率对比有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹效果显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,复发率较低,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze and analyze the effect of 64 cases of chronic urticaria treated with integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine. Methods Sixty-four patients with chronic urticaria admitted from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)according to the way of treatment. The patients in control group were treated with western medicine,and the observation group was given TCM treatment on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were 2 recurrence cases in the observation group,12 cases in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic urticaria significant effect can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve quality of life,with low recurrence rate,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
