中药灌肠联合妇科千金片对慢性盆腔炎患者血清炎性因子的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine Enema Combination with Fukeqianjin Tablet on Serum Inflammatory Factors of Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨中药灌肠联合妇科千金片对慢性盆腔炎患者血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取50例慢性盆腔炎患者,分为采用中药灌肠联合妇科千金片治疗的观察组与采用常规西药治疗的对照组,比较两种方法的治疗效果。结果观察组CRP、TNF-α均值低于对照组水平,IL-2高于对照组水平(P<0.05)。结论中药灌肠联合妇科千金片能够改善患者的血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-2,从而提高患者的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine enema combination with Fuke Qianjin Tablet on the serum inflammatory factors of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Fifty patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into observation group(Chinese medicine enema combined with Fuke Qianjin)and control group(conventional Western medicine),comparing the effect of two methods. Results The level of CRP and TNF-alpha was lower than that of control,and the level of IL-2 was higher than control(P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine enema combination with Fuke Qianjin Tablet can improve the patients' serum CRP,TNF-alpha and IL-2,thus improving the effect of the patients.
