螺旋CT扫描在肺癌筛查中的应用价值

Application Value of Spiral CT Scan Application in Lung Cancer Screening

目的探讨螺旋CT扫描在肺癌筛查中的应用价值。方法选取本院行肺癌筛查的高危人群160例进行螺旋CT扫描,与病理确诊结果比对。结果 CT扫描80例初步判断为肺癌,检出率为50.0%。检出有淋巴结转移45例,检出率为28.1%。病理确诊为肺癌74例,淋巴结转移40例。螺旋CT诊断肺癌敏感性与特异性分别为100.0%和93.0%,筛查肺癌淋巴结的敏感性与特异性为100.0%和95.8%。结论螺旋CT扫描在肺癌筛查中的应用具有很好的检出诊断敏感性与特异性,且对于淋巴结转移的检出价值比较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of spiral CT scan in lung cancer screening. MethodsA total of 160 patients with high risk of lung cancer screening in our hospital were diagnosed with spiral CT scan and compared with the pathology results. Results Eighty cases by CT scan were diagnosed as lung cancer and the detection rate was 50.0%;45 cases was detected lymph node metastasis,and the detection rate was 28.1%. Pathological diagnosis was 74 cases of lung cancer and 40 cases of lymph node metastasis. The sensitivity and specificity of lung cancer by spiral CT were 100.0% and 93.0%,respectively,and the sensitivity and specificity of screening lung cancer lymph nodes were 100.0% and 95.8%. Conclusion The application of spiral CT scan in lung cancer screening has good diagnostic sensitivity and specificity,and the detection value of lymph node metastasis is relatively high,which is worthy of clinical application.
