护理干预在真菌性阴道炎治疗中的应用效果

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Fungal Vaginitis Treatment

目的探讨护理干预在真菌性阴道炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年4月—2017年4月84例真菌性阴道炎患者,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=42)与实验组(n=42),对照组予以常规的护理模式,实验组予整体护理干预模式,观察两组患者的临床护理效果。结果实验组的临床护理有效率为97.62%,对照组为59.52%,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预在真菌性阴道炎治疗中具有较高的应用价值,对患者具有重要作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of fungal vaginitis. Methods A total of 84 cases of fungal vaginitis were collected from April 2015 to April 2017. The patients were divided into control group(n=42)and experimental group(n=42)by random number table. The control group was given routine Nursing model,the experimental group to the overall model of nursing intervention,observation of clinical care in two groups of patients. Results The effective rate of clinical nursing was 97.62% in the experimental group and 59.52% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The overall nursing intervention in the treatment of fungal vaginitis has a high value,the patient has an important role.
