摘要
目的探讨急诊护理风险的原因及护理风险管理的实践与成效研究。方法选取从2016年9月—2017年2月就诊于急诊科患者50例,随机分为常规组与观察组,25例/组。对比两组患者护理后满意度。结果两组患者在通过实施风险管理前后对比,常规患者满意度为84%,观察组患者满意度为96%,两组比较差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊护理中实施护理风险管理干预,降低了不良事件发生概率。
Objective To explore the causes of emergency nursing risk and to study the practice and effectiveness of nursing risk management. Methods Fifty cases form emergency department from September 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into routine group and observation group,25 cases each group. The satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing was compared. Results After implementation of risk management,routine patient satisfaction was 84%,the observation group patients' satisfaction was 96%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management intervention in emergency care reduces the incidence of adverse events.
