社区护理干预在儿童营养不良中的应用

Application of Community Nursing Intervention in Child Malnutrition

目的探讨社区护理干预在儿童营养不良中的临床效果。方法选取80例营养不良患儿,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各40例,对照组患儿进行常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上进行社区护理干预,分析两组的临床效果与患儿家属的护理满意度。结果研究组的有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的82.5%(χ2=4.87,P<0.05);研究组的患儿家长的护理满意率为97.5%,高于对照组的80.0%(χ2=4.16,P<0.05);结论对于营养不良儿童及时进行社区护理干预,可提高改善其营养不良情况,提高家长的满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of community nursing intervention in children's malnutrition. Methods 80 cases of malnourished children were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each with 40 cases. The children in the control group were given regular nursing,and the study group were given community nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. the clinical effect and parents' the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results The effective rate of the study group was 95.0%,which higher than in the control group of 80.0%(χ2=4.87,P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of families of children in the study group was 97.5%,which higher than that in the control group80.0%(χ2=4.16,P<0.05). Conclusion Timely community nursing intervention for malnourished children can improve their nutrition and parents' satisfaction.
