保妇康栓治疗细菌性阴道炎和霉菌性阴道炎的疗效研究

Study on The Efficacy of Baofukang Suppository in The Treatment of Bacterial Vaginitis And Mycotic Vaginitis

目的探讨保妇康栓治疗细菌性阴道炎和霉菌性阴道炎的治疗效果。方法选取本院于2016—2017年收治的1 000例细菌性阴道炎患者和霉菌性阴道炎患者,所有患者经诊断后有600例为细菌性阴道炎患者(实验1组),400例为霉菌性阴道炎患者(实验2组)。结果根据研究资料显示,两组患者采用保妇康栓进行治疗后,观察两组患者的临床症及体征均有较大改善,实验1与实验2组的疗效对比均无较大差异(P>0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在治疗细菌性阴道炎和霉菌性阴道炎的过程中使用保妇康栓进行治疗,能有效抑制炎症,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis and mycotic vaginitis treatment. Methods In our hospital in 2016—2017 treated 1000 patients with bacterial vaginosis and mycotic vaginitis patients,all patients diagnosed 600 cases of bacterial vaginosis patients(group 1). 400 cases of mycotic vaginitis patients(Group 2). Results According to the research data show that patients in both groups were treated with Baofukangshuan after treatment,observe the clinical symptoms and signs were improved in both groups,no difference of curative effect contrast experiments of 1 and experimental group 2(P>0.05),with statistical significance. Conclusion The treatment of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis and mycotic vaginitis,can effectively inhibit inflammation,is worthy of popularization and application.
