反馈式家庭干预对婴幼儿语言发育的影响研究

摘要 目的探讨反馈式家庭干预对婴幼儿语言发育的影响。方法选取96例在本院成功分娩且身体健康的婴幼儿,随机分为观察组(反馈式家庭干预)和对照组(常规家庭干预)。对比两组婴幼儿语言发育情况。结果不同时间段儿童言语字词数及儿童发起对话轮换数比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在控制年龄情况下,儿童言语字词数、成人语言字词数与成人儿童对话轮换数呈显著正相关。观察组重视度和满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论反馈式家庭干预改善了婴幼儿语言发育水平,提高了家长对婴幼儿语言发育的重视度。 Objective To explore the effect of feedback family intervention on infant language development. Methods 96 infants who were successfully delivered and healthy in our hospitalwere randomly divided into observation group(feedback family intervention)and control group(regular family intervention). The language development of the two groups was compared. Results The number of words and words of children in different time and the number of children's dialogue rotation were statistically significant(P<0.05). In the case of the age,positively related to children's speech,number of words and word number of adult language adult children dialogue rotation number. The degree of attention and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion feedback family intervention has improved infant language development level,improved parents' attention to infant language development.
