在医院药剂科中实行安全质量管理的效果观察

The Effects of the Safety and Quality Management in Hospital Pharmacy

目的观察在医院药剂科中实行安全质量管理的治疗效果。方法通过随机选取的方式对我院药剂科工作人员进行选取,选取的总人数为20人,选取的时间为2012年2月—2013年11月。将我院实行的安全质量管理管理数据进行统计,比较和分析,观察没有实行安全质量管理和实行安全质量管理后的治疗效果。结果我院的用药安全性明显提高,事故情况主要为0.5%,而患者满意度上升到98.7%,明显高于实行前的5.5%和87.5%。两者差异明显(P<0.05)。结论加强医院的用药安全和质量,不仅可以提高患者满意度,还可以减少医患纠纷,减少事故发生次数。

Objective to observe the safety and quality management in hospital pharmacy department of therapeutic effect. Methods selected 20 cases in our hospital staff from February 2012 to November 2013. Shall manage the safety and quality management to our data statistics,comparison and analysis,to observe without the safety and quality management and treatment effect of the safety and quality management. Results our obviously improve the medication safety,accident mainly was 0.5%,and patients' satisfaction to rise to 98.7% and 5.5% of the 7%,significantly higher than the former. The significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion to strengthen the hospital drug use safety and quality,not only can improve the patients' satisfaction,can also reduce medical disputes,reduce the number of accidents.
