中西医治疗急性水肿性胰腺炎的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Chinese and Western Medicine on Acute Edematous Pancreatitis

目的研究中西医结合治疗对缓解急性水肿性胰腺炎症状的作用。方法选取2013年3月—2015年2月收治的32例急性水肿性胰腺炎患者,随机分为对照与观察组。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组行中西医结合治疗,观察对比两组效果。结果治疗后观察组30例患者血尿淀粉酶水平恢复正常,7天内症状消失且无反复,2例患者症状无缓解,并且有加重迹象,治疗有效率93.75%,对照组治疗有效率50%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P=0.032)。结论中西医联合治疗对缓解急性水肿性胰腺炎科学有效。

Objective To study the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine on alleviating the symptoms of acute edematous pancreatitis. Methods Thirty-two patients with acute edematous pancreatitis between March 2013 and February 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine treatment. The observation group was treated with combination of TCM and Western medicine. The effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment,30 patients in the observation group returned to normal levels of hematuria and amylase. Symptoms disappeared within 7 days without recurrence. Only 2 patients showed no symptoms and showed signs of aggravating. The effective rate was 93.75% in treatment group and 50% in control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=6.032). Conclusion The combination of TCM and Western medicine is effective in alleviating acute edematous pancreatitis.
