幽门螺杆菌与胃癌、胃溃疡患者的临床病理检查结果分析

Analysis of Clinical and Pathological Results of Helicobacter Pylori in Patients with Gastric Cancer and Gastric Ulcer

目的探讨临床病理检查幽门螺杆菌(Hp)与胃癌、胃溃疡发病之间的联系。方法选取胃癌患者46例,胃溃疡患者43例和胃镜检查无异常者42例,分析三组Hp感染情况。结果胃癌组和溃疡组患者的Hp感染阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胃癌组和溃疡组比较差异不大(P>0.05)。结论 Hp感染和胃癌以及胃溃疡的发生关系密切,早期检查Hp对临床指导治疗胃癌、胃溃疡具有十分重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori and the incidence of gastric cancer and gastric ulcer. Methods Forty-six patients with gastric cancer,43 patients with gastric ulcer and 42 patients without abnormal gastroscopy were selected to analyze the Hp infection in the three groups. Results The positive rate of Hp infection in the gastric cancer group and the ulcer group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no difference between the gastric cancer group and the ulcer group(P>0.05). Conclusion Hp infection is closely related to gastric cancer and gastric ulcer,early detection of Hp is very important for clinical guidance in the treatment of gastric cancer and gastric ulcer.
