剖宫产手术不同切口对孕产妇再次手术的影响

Effect of Different Incision of Cesarean Section on Reoperation of Pregnant Women

目的探讨剖宫产手术的不同切口对孕产妇再次手术的影响。方法选取本院168例剖宫产再次分娩的产妇为研究对象,根据首次剖宫产的不同切口将入选者分为横切口组及纵切口组。比较两组产妇再次手术时各临床指标及预后情况。结果纵切组产妇切皮至胎儿娩出时间、术中出血量、手术总时间、术后盆腔粘连率及新生儿窒息率均显著少于横切组,两组比较差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论产妇首次实施剖宫产时应根据产妇具体情况及是否再次生育来选择切口方式,以提高二次剖宫产效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of the different incision of cesarean section on the reoperation of pregnant women. Methods Totally 168 cases of cesarean delivery women were selected as the research objects. According to the different cesarean section incision,they were divided into the transverse incision group and the longitudinal incision group. The clinical indexes and prognosis of the two groups of reoperations were compared. Results Longitudinal incision group of maternal to fetal childbirth time,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,postoperative pelvic adhesion rate and the neonatal asphyxia rate in the longitudinal incision group were significantly less than the transverse incision group(P<0.05). Conclusion When the first cesarean section is performed,the incision should be selected according to the specific conditions and whether they will give birth again,so as to improve the effect of the second cesarean section.
