阿奇霉素经期序贯治疗对慢性附件炎的效果观察

Observation of Effect of Sequential Azithromycin on Chronic Annexitis

目的观察月经期采用阿奇霉素序贯治疗慢性附件炎的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的慢性附件炎患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例,观察组于经期采用阿奇霉素序贯治疗,对照组采用甲硝唑和阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗,对比两组的疗效。结果观察组有效率优于对照组,不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用经期阿奇霉素序贯治疗慢性附件炎效果良好。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of sequential azithromycin on chronic annexitis. Methods Eighty-four chronic appendicitis patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups of 42 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with azithromycin sequentially. The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of metronidazole and azithromycin. Efficacy were compared between groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Sequential azithromycin treatment of chronic annex inflammation is effective.
