氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗肺气肿的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Losartan Combined with Adenosine Adenosine Glucosamine in Treatment of Emphysema

目的研究使用氯沙坦联合环磷酰胺葡胺治疗肺气肿的实际效果。方法选取2016年7月—2017年7月在本院进行治疗的48例肺气肿患者,随机分为观察组和对照组;对照组给予常规药物,观察组在对照组基础上加用氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗肺气肿有显著疗效,能有效改善患者临床症状。

Objective To study the effect of losartan combined with cyclophosphamide in the treatment of emphysema. Methods Forty-eight cases of emphysema patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017. The control group was given conventional drugs,and the observation group was combined with losartan and cyclic adenosine adenosine glucamine on the basis of the control group and compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The treatment of patients with emphysema with losartan combined with cyclosporine adenosine glucosamine is effective and effective to improve the clinical symptoms.
