香菇多糖联合顺铂腔内注射治疗恶性胸腹水

Treatment of Malignant Pleural and Ascites by Intraluminal Injection of Letinous Edodes Polysaccharide and Cisplatin

目的观察香菇多糖联合顺铂腔内注射治疗恶性胸腹水的疗效。方法选取64例恶性胸腹水患者,随机分为单药组与联合组,各32例,单药组应用顺铂腔内注射治疗,联合组应用香菇多糖联合顺铂腔内注射治疗,对比其疗效。结果单药组的缓解率与有效率分别为59.4%、81.3%,联合组分别为78.1%、93.8%,联合组均高于单药组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论香菇多糖联合顺铂腔内注射治疗恶性胸腹水的疗效显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy of intravasal injection of letinous edodes polysaccharide and cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural and ascites. Methods Sixty-four patients with malignant pleural effusion and ascites were randomly divided into a single drug group and a combined group,32 cases in each group. The single drug group was treated with intracavitary injection of cisplatin,and the combined group was treated with letinous edodes polysaccharide combined with cisplatin intracavitary injection. Treatment effect was compared between groups. Results The remission rate and effective rate of the single drug group were 59.4% and 81.3% respectively,and the combination group was 78.1% and 93.8%,respectively. The combination group was higher than the single drug group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of letinous edodes polysaccharide combined with cisplatin injection in the treatment of malignant hydrothorax and ascites is significant.
