多排螺旋CT肺小结节分析对早期肺癌诊断的临床价值

Clinical Value of Multislice Spiral CT Pulmonary Nodule Analysis in Diagnosis of Early lung Cancer

目的探讨多排螺旋CT肺小结节分析对早期肺癌诊断的临床价值。方法选取2014年8月—2017年8月在本院行低剂量胸部螺旋CT检查疑似或确诊有肺部小结节的20例患者作为研究对象,分析CT检查与病理结果的符合情况。结果 CT检查结果显示17例(85.00%)为良性结节,病理检查结果显示18例(90.00%)为良性结节,CT检查符合率为94.44%(17/18)。CT检查结果显示3例(15.00%)为恶性结节,病理检查结果显示2例(10.00%)为恶性结节,均为早期肺癌,CT检查符合率为66.67%(2/3)。结论多排螺旋CT肺小结节分析可用于早期肺癌的筛查,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of multislice spiral CT pulmonary nodule analysis in the diagnosis of early lung cancer. Methods From August 2014 to August 2017,20 cases of suspected or confirmed pulmonary nodules diagnosed by low dose chest spiral CT in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the coincidence between CT examination and pathological results was analyzed. Results The results of CT examination showed that 17 cases(85.00%)were benign nodules,and the pathological examination showed that 18 cases(90.00%)were benign nodules. The coincidence rate of CT examination was 94.44%(17/18). The results of CT examination showed that 3 cases(15.00%)were malignant nodules,and the pathological examination showed that 2 cases(10.00%)were malignant nodules,all of them were early lung cancer,and the coincidence rate of CT examination was 66.67%(2/3). Conclusion The multislice spiral CT pulmonary nodule analysis can be used for early screening of lung cancer,which is worthy of clinical application.
