摘要
目的探讨高龄产妇围手术期心理护理的作用价值。方法对40例高龄并实施剖宫产的产妇实施产前、手术时以及术后的心理护理,观察护理效果。结果 40例产妇中1例产后出血,经过相关处理后痊愈,全部母婴健康;护理后产妇焦虑及抑郁程度降低。结论对于高龄产妇剖宫产围手术期实施心理护理干预,可以提高护理依从性,使得手术顺利完成。
Objective To explore the value of perinatal psychological nursing for the elderly maternal. Methods The nursing effect was observed in 40 elderly women with caesarean section,including prenatal,surgical,and postoperative psychological care. Nursing effect was observed. Results One of the 40 mothers died of postpartum hemorrhage,recovered after relevant treatment and all maternal and child health. After maternal nursing,maternal anxiety and depression were reduced. Conclusion The intervention of psychological nursing in the perioperative period of the caesarean section can improve the compliance of nursing,so that the operation can be completed successfully.
