摘要
目的探讨个体化护理干预在霉菌性阴道炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取80例霉菌性阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予个体化护理干预。比较两组治疗效果及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗的总有效率及护理满意度平均得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理干预在霉菌性阴道炎患者治疗中的应用效果显著,可提高治疗效果及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention in the treatment of colpitis mycotica. Methods Eighty patients with colpitis mycotica were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given individualized nursing. Results The average score of total effective rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). ConclusionIndividualized nursing intervention has significant effect in the treatment of colpitis mycotica,improving the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction,as well as the quality of life and reproductive health of women.
