强化护理干预对慢性心功能不全患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Intensive Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life of Patients with Chr onic Cardiac Insufficiency

目的探讨强化护理干预对慢性心功能不全患者生活质量的作用。方法选取84例慢性心功能不全患者,分成常规组与干预组各42例,常规组实施常规护理,干预组强化护理干预,对比其护理效果。结果对比两组患者的SF-36评分,干预组高于常规组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论强化护理干预,有助于改善慢性心功能不全患者的生活质量,值得推行。

Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency. Methods 84 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the routine group and the intervention group,42 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,and the intervention group strengthened the nursing intervention,and compared the nursing effect. ResultsComparing the SF-36 scores of the two groups,the intervention group was higher than the conventional group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency,and it is worth carrying out.
