股骨颈骨折围手术期护理存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Perioperative Nursing of Femoral Neck Fracture

目的探讨股骨颈骨折围手术期的护理存在的问题与对策。方法针对目前股骨颈骨折围手术期护理存在的问题,结合国内外新的护理理念,经过不断的临床护理实践,提出相应的护理对策。结果股骨颈骨折围手术期护理质量得到不断提高,切实提高了股骨颈骨折病人的手术治愈率。结论改进股骨颈骨折围手术期护理存在的问题,提高整体护理质量,降低手术风险,从而提高了股骨颈骨折手术治愈率,同时也防范和减少医疗纠纷的发生率。

Objective To discuss the problems and countermeasures in perioperative nursing of femoral neck fracture. Methods In view of the existing problems in perioperative nursing of femoral neck fractures,combined with the new nursing concepts both at home and abroad,the corresponding nursing measures are put forward through continuous clinical nursing practice. Results Femoral neck fracture perioperative nursing quality has been continuously improved,and effectively improve the surgical cure rate of patients with femoral neck fracture. Conclusion We aim to improve the perioperative nursing problems of femoral neck fracture,and quality of holistic nursing and reduce operative risk,thereby improve the cure rate of femoral neck fracture,and prevent and reduce the incidence of medical disputes.
