循证护理在慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者治疗中的作用

Evidence-Based Nursing in Treatment of Chronic Cervitis with HPV Infection

目的探讨循证护理对慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者的影响。方法纳入80例本院于2017年1月—2017年9月所接诊病例,随机分为行常规护理(对照组)和循证护理(观察组),各40例。分析对比两组护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度97.50%,显著高于对照组的92.00%(P<0.05)。观察组HPV清除率明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者采用循证护理,可提升护理满意度,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the impact of evidence-based nursing on patients with chronic cervicitis and HPV infection. Methods A total of 80 patients from January 2017 to September 2017 in our hospital were included in the study. According to the odd number of even numbers,40 of the odd numbered routine care(control group),and the even number of 40 patients were followed by evidence-based nursing(observation group). Nursing effects were compared between groups. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(92.00%,P<0.05). The observation group HPV clearance rate was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). ConclusionFor chronic cervicitis combined with HPV infection,the evidence-based nursing principle could eliminate their unhealthy emotions,and the satisfaction degree of nursing was improved significantly.
