共情护理对口腔颌面部肿瘤术后患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Empathy on Quality of Life of Patients after Oral and Maxillofacial Tumor Surgery

目的分析共情护理对口腔颌面部肿瘤术后病人生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年12月—2017年6月本院肿瘤科接收治疗的口腔颌面部肿瘤术后患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例,常规组采用常规模式护理,干预组采用共情护理模式护理。分析两组临床效果及护理模式对患者生活质量的影响。结果干预组患者护理有效率为92.86%,生活质量评分为(76.15±0.62)分,满意度为97.62%,均明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论共情护理可显著提升口腔颌面部肿瘤术后患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the influence of empathy nursing on patients' quality of life after oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods Eighty-four patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial neoplasms received oncology department from December 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with conventional mode and the intervention group Empathy care model nursing. The clinical effect and nursing mode of the two groups on the quality of life of the patients were analyzed. Results The effective rate of nursing in intervention group was 92.86%,the quality of life score was(76.15±0.62)points,the satisfaction rate was 97.62%,which were significantly higher than that of routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Empathy care can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors.
