自酸蚀粘结剂联合流体树脂修复楔状缺损的疗效观察

Effect of Self Etching Adhesive Combined with Fluid Resin in Repairing Wedge-Shaped Defect

目的研究自酸蚀粘结剂联合流体树脂对修复牙齿楔状缺损的疗效。方法选取本院2015年1月—2015年12月收治的40例前牙楔状缺损患者(共90颗患牙)进行研究。平均分对照组17例和观察组23例,每组各有患牙45颗,观察组采用修复材料为幻彩-BOND自酸蚀光固化粘接剂及3MZ350流体树脂;常规组采用修复材料为日本松风玻璃离子,以常规修复为对照,观察幻彩-BOND自酸蚀光固化粘接剂及3MZ350流体树脂修复牙齿锲状缺损的效果。结果修复后一年,观察组36颗患牙经牙髓活力检测与正常牙比较无差异,仅有2颗患牙经测试无反应,提示牙髓坏死,牙髓活力有效率高达95.56%,对照组有6颗患牙坏死,与对照组相比,观察组牙髓活力明显高于对照组;两组共有76颗患牙充填体与牙齿结合非常牢固,边缘封闭密合,且无牙髓病变、根尖病变、继发龋等现象出现,其中观察组占44颗,治疗成功率达97.78%,较对照组高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复两年后,观察组牙髓活力有效率为88.89%(40/45),牙齿修复的成功率为86.67%(39/45),两年后观察组的修复情况仍较对照组优,差异显著有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自酸蚀粘结剂联合流体树脂对修复牙齿楔状缺损安全有效,且不对牙髓组织产生损害,对修复充填体的固位效果显著,修复效果令人满意。

Objective To study the effect of self etching adhesive combined with fluid resin on the repair of wedge-shaped tooth defect. Methods Forty patients with anterior wedge-shaped defect patients(90 teeth)repair effect,to January 2015 to December 2015 for the study period,the object of study period were randomly divided into control group of 17 cases,23 cases in the observation group,each group has 45 teeth,the observation group with repair material for color-BOND self etching adhesive and 3MZ350 light cured flowable resin;conventional group using repair materials for Japan SONGFENG glass ion,with conventional repair as control,to observe the effect of color-BOND self etching adhesive and 3MZ350 light cured resin teeth wedge shaped defect repair fluid. Results One year after the repair,there was no significant difference between the observation group of 36 teeth with pulp vitality testing with normal teeth,only 2 teeth tested without prompt reaction,necrosis of the pulp,the pulp vitality efficiency as high as 95.56%,the control group had 6 teeth necrosis,compared with the control group,the observation group of pulp vitality the two group was significantly higher than the control group;there were 76 teeth filling body and teeth tightly,sealing edge sealing,and no dental pulp disease,periodontal lesion,secondary caries and other phenomena,including the observation group accounted for 44,the treatment success rate of 97.78%,higher than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05)repair;two years later,the observation group pulp rate was 88.89%(40/45),dental restoration success rate was 86.67%(39/45),two years after the restoration of the observation group is better than the control group,there is statistical significant difference Learning meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion Self etching adhesive combined with fluid resin is effective and safe in repairing dental wedge-shaped defects,and does not damage dental pulp tissue. The retention effect is remarkable for repairing filling body,and the repair effect is satisfactory.
