超重或肥胖患者脑卒中后生化指标的变化

Clinical Study on Biochemical Indexes after Stroke in Overweight or Obese Patients

目的分析超重或肥胖患者脑卒中发病后生化指标改变情况。方法选取2015年9月—2017年9月本院脑卒中患者150例,按照体质量指数(BMI)进行分组,分为正常组、超重组、肥胖组,比较三组发病后生化指标水平变化情况。结果随着体质量指数的逐渐增加,TC、TG、LDL-C指标逐渐升高,HDL-C逐渐降低,血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞沉降率逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论 BMI越高,脑卒中发病后生化指标水平变化越明显。

Objective To analyze the changes of biochemical indexes after stroke in overweight or obese patients. Methods Totally 150 patients with stroke in our hospital from September 2015 to Sptember 2017 were divided into normal group,overweight group and obesity group according to body mass index(BMI). The changes of biochemical indexes in the three groups were compared Happening. Results With the gradual increase of body mass index,TC,TG,LDL-C index gradually increased,HDL-C decreased,plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased(P<0.05). Conclusion The higher the BMI,the more obvious the change of biochemical index after the onset of stroke.
