肾移植是治疗终末期肾脏疾病患者的有效方法,高龄供体的应用扩大了供体池,给更多的终末期肾脏病患者带来福音。高龄供体与标准供体相比预后稍差,准确、全面地了解供受体特征,能更好地评估其给受者带来的风险及益处。
Kidney transplantation is an effective treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease. The application of elderly donors expands the donor pool and brings benefits to more patients with end-stage renal disease. The prognosis of elderly donors is slightly worse than that of standard donors. Accurate and comprehensive understanding of donors' and recipients' characteristics can better assess the risks and benefits for recipients.
