普外手术后胃肠瘘患者行肠外营养治疗临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Parenteral Nutrition on Treatment of Patients with Gastrointestinal Fistula after Abdominal Surgery

目的观察总结普外手术后胃肠瘘患者肠外营养的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月—2017年9月普外手术胃肠瘘患者56例,按照治疗方法分为观察组、对照组各28例。对照组患者接受常规药物治疗,观察组患者接受常规药物治疗+肠外营养支持治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、并发症情况及氮平衡恢复情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.43%,手术切口感染、切口裂开、静脉炎等其他并发症发生率为3.57%,氮平衡恢复的时间是(3.15±0.17)d,观察组的疗效、并发症发生率和氮平衡恢复时间都明显优于对照组(P<0.05);差异都有统计学意义。结论普外手术后胃肠瘘患者肠外营养支持治疗可有效降低并发症的发生、支持患者机体更好地恢复,从而提高胃肠瘘的治疗效果。

Objective The implementation of parenteral nutrition treatment occurred in gastrointestinal fistula patients after abdominal surgery to observe the effect of. Methods Fifty-six cases of gastrointestinal fistula patients were selected in our hospital during the period from January 2012 to September 2017 after general surgery. According to the treatment method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 28 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional medication,and the patients in the observation group were treated with conventional medication and parenteral nutrition support. The treatment effect,the complications and the recovery of nitrogen balance in the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.43%,incision infection,wound dehiscence,phlebitis and other complications occurred in 3.57%,nitrogen balance recovery time was(3.15 ± 0.17)d,the observation group curative effect,complication rate and nitrogen balance recovery time are significantly better than the control group(P<0.05)there was statistically significant difference. Conclusion General surgery patients after gastrointestinal fistula were treated with parenteral nutrition support treatment,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,support patients better rehabilitation,improve the therapeutic effect of gastrointestinal fistula.
