急诊集束化治疗急性心力衰竭患者的疗效

Efficacy of Emergency Cluster Therapy in Patients with Acute Heart Failure

目的探究在急性心力衰竭患者中应用急诊集束化治疗的效果及对心肺功能产生的影响。方法选取80例急性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例,对照组采用常规急诊治疗,观察组采用急诊集束化治疗,对比分析治疗效果以及治疗前后的心肺功能改善情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者的气短缓解时间和急诊治疗时间均较短(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者的动脉血氧分压、动脉血氧饱和度、收缩压以及呼吸等心肺指标均明显有所改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性心力衰竭患者中应用急诊集束化治疗,不仅治疗效果显著,而且可有效降低气促缓解时间,同时可改善患者的心肺功能。

Objective To apply emergency cluster therapy in patients with acute heart failure to explore the effect of treatment and the effect of the treatment on cardiorespiratory function. Methods Eighty patients with acute heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. Conventional emergency treatment was used in the control group and emergency cluster therapy was used in the control group. The therapeutic effect was compared and analyzed Cardiopulmonary function improvement before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had shorter duration of shortness of breath relief and emergency treatment(P<0.05). Compared with those in the control group,the patients in the observation group had shorter arterial partial pressure of oxygen,oxygen saturation,systolic blood pressure and respiratory and other cardiopulmonary indicators were significantly improved,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of emergency cluster therapy in patients with acute heart failure not only has a significant therapeutic effect,but also can effectively reduce the duration of shortening relief. At the same time,it can improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients with significant clinical value and is worth popularizing and applying.
