经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术方式及近期效果

Surgical Approaches and Assessment of Immediate Effects of Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic Treatment for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的评估经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术方法的近期疗效。方法选取2016年9月—2017年7月本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症的患者30例为研究对象,均行经皮椎间孔镜手术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果患者行经皮椎间孔镜后,疼痛和腰椎功能障碍明显缓解,生活能力和日常生活能力显著改善(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者行经皮椎间孔镜手术效果确切。

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic microsurgery and evaluate the short-term effect. Methods Thirty patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the study objects. All patients underwent percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery and the therapeutic effects were observed. Results After percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic microsurgery,pain and lumbar dysfunction were significantly relieved,with significant improvement in their ability of living and daily living(P<0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous lumbar disc surgery is effective in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
