摘要
目的探讨分析血浆脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平在急性动脉硬化性脑梗死患者中的表达及临床价值。方法选取本院神经内科接收的急性动脉硬化性脑梗死患者60例作为观察组,以健康体验者60例作为对照组,比较分析两组治疗效果。结果观察组的血浆Lp-PLA2高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血浆Lp-PLA2水平与NIHSS评分呈正相关。结论通过Lp-PLA2水平可以预测急性动脉硬化性脑梗死,为疾病的治疗和预防提供了很大的帮助,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the expression of lipoprotein phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)in patients with acute arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction and its clinical value. Methods Sixty patients with acute arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction received in Department of Neurology of our hospital were selected as the observation group and 60 healthy persons as the control group for comparative analysis. Results Plasma LpPLA2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Plasma Lp-PLA2 level in the observation group was positively correlated with NIHSS score. Conclusion Acute arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction can be predicted by Lp-PLA2 level,which is of great help in the treatment and prevention of the disease. It is worthy of clinical application.
