摘要 目的探讨分析低分子肝素治疗对ICU脓毒症患者急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征的影响。方法选取2014年2月—2017年3月本院ICU内收住的脓毒症急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征的患者120例,对照组采用常规措施治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上采用低分子肝素进行治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗后的动脉血氧合指数比对照组高,肺损伤评分比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对ICU内脓毒症急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征的患者实施常规治疗的同时采用低分子肝素可以有效的改善患者的氧合状态,大大的降低患者的死亡率。 Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin on acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome in patients with ICU sepsis. Methods A total of 120 patients with sepsis-induced acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to March 2017 were selected. Patients in the control group were treated by routine measures. The experimental group was basal in the control group on the basis of low molecular weight heparin for treatment. Treatment effect were compared between groups. Results The arterial oxygenation index of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the lung injury score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Lowmolecular-weight heparin can be used to improve the patient's oxygenation status and greatly reduce the patient's death for patients with acute septic shock/acute respiratory distress syndrome in ICU.
