摘要
目的探究检验科微生物检验质量的影响因素及病原菌耐药性。方法选取2015年8月—2017年9月本院实施微生物检验处理的198份检验报告作为研究样本,对报告结果实施回顾性整合、分析,探究检验科微生物检验质量的影响因素,并对病原菌耐药性展开研究。结果对198份检验报告实施分析处理,发现其中准确性达标报告共计159份,准确性为80.30%,存在一定误差情形的报告数目为39例,误差率为19.70%。对39份存在误差的报告实施分析处理,发现致使报告存在误差性的因素包含样本因素、人员因素、操作处理因素及其他因素等。在198份检验报告中,病原菌数目为258株,菌株类型包含革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌及真菌。金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性前三位的抗菌药物为青霉素、红霉素及左氧氟沙星,大肠埃希菌耐药性前三位的抗菌药物为头孢噻肟、阿莫西林、头孢噻吩。结论检验科微生物检验质量的影响因素主要包含样本因素、人员因素、操作处理因素等,将以上影响因素作为依据,给出针对性的处理措施,以便有效降低误差事件发生的可能性,对发生感染情形的患者实施耐药性检测处理,能够为临床相关抗菌药物的应用提供有效的依据,提升患者临床诊治疗效。
Objective To explore the influencing factors and the drug resistance of microorganism in laboratory.Methods From August 2015 to September 2017,198 reports of microbiological tests in our hospital were selected and retrospectively integrated and analyzed to explore the influence of the quality of microbiological tests in the laboratory factors,and the pathogen resistance study.Results The 198 test reports were analyzed and processed.It was found that the accuracy of the report reached a total of 159 cases,the accuracy was80.30%.The number of reports with certain error was 39 and the error rate was 19.70%.39 cases of errors in the implementation of the report analysis and processing,found that the report error factors include sample factors,personnel factors,operational factors and other factors.In 198 test reports,the number of pathogens 258,strain types include Gram-positive bacteria,Gram-negative bacteria and fungi.Staphylococcus aureus drug resistance of the top three antibacterial drugs penicillin,erythromycin and levofloxacin,Escherichia coli drug resistance of the top three antibacterial drugs cefotaxime,amoxicillin,cefalotin.Conclusion The influencing factors of the quality of microorganism test in the laboratory mainly include sample factors,personnel factors and operational treatment factors.Based on the above factors,specific treatment measures are given to reduce the possibility of occurrence of error events,Patients infected with the implementation of drug resistance testing can provide an effective basis for the application of clinically relevant antimicrobial agents to enhance the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients.
